SHIPPING CHARGES

For Spain and Europe

You can find a shipping calculator on your cart. For calculating the shipping cost: select the desired item, then click “cart”, “view cart”, in the option “shipping cost” click “calculate” and fill in the details to get the price. In any case, this cost is specified before processing the order and payment. Upon filling in the postal code and the country of destination the cost is given according to the weight and/or volume of the item/s selected.

For European destinations “Corsica” and “Sicily” are excluded as well as “Isle of Man” and “Channel Islands”.

For shipment of orders to the Canary Islands, the personal identification number (DNI, NIE or CIF) has to be specified, which is required by the island authorities. In the purchase form there is a space provided for it.

Big, heavy or isolated addresses in Spanish territory deliveries may carry an extra cost that will be notified to the customer before shipment.

International Deliveries

The estimated cost does not include destination customs costs , if that's the case.

This program calculates the cost of any order under 30 Kgs or its equivalent in volume.

For bulky or heavy deliveries and wholesalers, with any destination , we give a budget in advance, please contact administration.

International delivery times do not include the time of customs clearance at destination.

Delivery times

    • Spain: 24 hours, starting at 12:00 after the order confirmation. Balearics islands 3-5 working days. Canary Islands, 5-9 business days.

NOTE: For bulky or heavy items (+50 Kgs) and items that need to assemble mirrors or glasses , may take between 1 and 3 more days.

    • Europe:
    • Zone A: Austria, Belgium, Germany, France, United Kingdom, Italy and the Netherlands: 3-5 working days. Ireland, Switzerland 5-6 working days (Switzerland does not include customs formalities).
    • Zona B: Other European countries , 10-12 working days.
    • United States, Canada, México and Australia:14-15 working days International Express: 5-7 working days.
    • Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Chile and Uruguay: 15-21 working days.
    • Other countries:According to destination (contact administration).

NOTE: For bulky or heavy items (+50 Kgs) and items that need to assemble mirrors or glasses , may take between 1 and 3 more days.

PAYMENT METHODS

We offer three methods of payment:

  1. Credit card
  2. Paypal
  3. COD (Cash on delivery) : Only for the Spanish territory

In case of payment by credit card, this is done through the payment Gateway of the Bank La Caixa or PayPal, who are the only ones to receive the payer’s card details. Lizaimport 2000 S.L will never have access to the customer’s card data.

In case of COD (cash on delivery) mode, an extra cost of 3 euros will be applied(only available in Spain and Portugal).

You can also pay by making a bank transfer, for this you must contact the administration.

TAXES AND DUTIES

The selling price includes the Spanish local tax: VAT (value added tax). Shipments within the EEC are free of taxes and customs duties. For wholesales within the EEC it is necessary to provide the VIES and it will be invoiced exempt from VAT. For the payment of possible tariffs and fees in the destination country is the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 15 working days after the date of reception provided they have not been used, are returned in their original condition and have not been given an incorrect treatment that has caused a defect in them. The value of the shipped item will be refunded to the customer once the item is received in our warehouses, discounting the cost of the shipment. If the reason for the return is a defect of the article or a fabrication fault, or because of some characteristic which is not visible in the web, the shipping cost of sending the return will be assumed by the selling party.

RETURNS POLICY

Returns must be directed to Artesanía-marroquí.com, Calle Nao nº3 Pol. Ind. Palmones 11379 Los Barrios, Cádiz. Within the peninsula and some directions of the islands and abroad we can send to the courier to pick up your order. For this you must contact us via telephone or via mail.

To expedite the process, indicate order number and a note indicating if you want change or return. In case of having made the payment, we also need an account number to refund the amount.
